Land investing can feel lonely and confusing. We created Shine On Partners to change that. We’re new to the land world, but we believe that by working with experienced pros and beginners like us, we can all succeed. Our platform is a place to:

Who We Are
Beatrice, a seasoned title and escrow professional with 15+ years of experience ensuring smooth land transactions and, Christopher, a U.S. military veteran trained in strategy and discipline with 20+ years of sales management experience, lead our team. Together, we’ve spent decades solving complex problems and closing deals—now we’re channeling that expertise into land investing.

We’re new to this asset class, but we’re not starting from scratch. Christopher’s grit and Beatrice’s deep knowledge of property transfers give us unique tools to build this platform. We’re not claiming to have all the answers (yet!), but we’re committed to learning alongside you—sharing wins, mistakes, and opportunities as we grow.
